System update: minimum rental period now 30 minutes
Until today, the minimum duration for rentals through Autlio was 1 hour. For many clients, this meant that short-term needs became unreasonably expensive compared to actual usage requirements, or that booked rooms or items were overpaid for and remained idle for the rest of the time. In such situations, it results in a poor customer experience.
The rental period can now be configured in 30-minute increments instead of the previous 60-minute steps.
Why this is important:
- Price matches actual usage — the customer does not pay for time they do not use
- Increases the number of bookings
- Greater flexibility in pricing gives the entrepreneur more control over their business, builds more trust in the eyes of customers, and improves customer satisfaction with the service provided.
Who benefits from this:
Particularly sports centers and those renting out sports courts, halls, and equipment, where usage time is often less than an hour.
How to use:
You can change this setting by opening the rental product and then clicking Rental terms & restrictions — select 30 min as the minimum period for the product.
