How Does it Work?
1. The client initiates the order
The client can start the process in two ways:

by filling out a form on the company’s website, or

by scanning a QR code on the locker with their smartphone.
The form is easily configurable for every company:
Settings → Work order → Add fields under services.
From here, you can specify what data the client enters, whether a handover protocol needs to be signed, an invoice generated, or additional doors, gates, and barriers opened. Instructions or terms and conditions can also be added.
2. Identity Verification and Handover
If digital signing is enabled when the client fills out the form and signs the handover contract, identity verification occurs simultaneously. This ensures that the company always knows who handed over the item and who entered your premises – even if incorrect data was mistakenly entered into the form.
Additionally, the system automatically finds a free locker and opens the necessary doors or gates for the client if they have been added to the system.
3. Service Execution
The company can proceed with its work – repair, maintenance these items, or other activities.
4. Return and Pick-up
When the item is ready for pick-up, the company enters the required amount what needs to be pais and the client’s phone number into the system. The client receives an SMS with a payment link, allowing them to pay immediately. After payment, the same lockers, gates, and doors reopen, from which they can conveniently retrieve their items – at any time, 24/7, and with ease.
