Autlio has developed a risky client database that helps businesses prevent losses and assess client trustworthiness before providing service.
How the system works

All businesses can provide feedback and ratings to clients.

It is also possible to view ratings previously added by other businesses.

The rating is based on a star system (1–5):

5 stars – a reliable and trustworthy client

Low stars – it is recommended to thoroughly review the order and client background before issuance.

Shared Responsibility and Transparency

When you add feedback for a client, it will be visible to all other Autlio rental providers.

Similarly, you will see ratings added by other businesses.
Real-time Protection

If a business adds a negative rating for a client (e.g., unpaid invoice or other violation),
an immediate partial block is applied across the entire Autlio system. -
The block is applied based on the client’s personal identification code and affects all businesses using Autlio.

For every new order, the business receives a notification, after which the final decision regarding cooperation rests with the business.
Today, nearly 400 risky clients have been added to the Estonian database, helping to protect the entire Autlio user ecosystem.
