Pärnu Youth Leisure Center provides spaces for youth activities, training sessions, and community events. The center aims to offer a safe, flexible, and modern environment for young people and rental clients.
Challenge
Previously, room rentals were managed manually. Bookings were recorded in notebooks, contracts were exchanged via email, and invoicing and payment tracking required extra manual work. Access to the rooms also depended on staff availability, creating friction in the process.
Solution
Autlio upgraded four doors in the building with smart access control and implemented a fully digital rental system. Staff, youth, and rental clients can now enter independently using secure access. In addition, all contracts are now signed digitally and billing is fully automated—linked directly to the rental period and order details.
Results
Room rental management is now smooth, transparent, and largely hands-off. Manual workload has decreased significantly, and the entire process—from booking to invoicing—is now streamlined. The center can now offer a modern and flexible service to both young people and external partners.
