Sports Center Software Becomes Fully Automated

Residents in the Elva region can now enjoy truly self-service sports facilities in the schools of Rannu, Puhja and Rõngu.
Elva Sport, together with the technology company Autlio, has launched a modern sport club software combined with booking system and fully automated smart access, making the use of gyms and ball courts convenient, secure and completely keyless.

Thanks to the new solution, community members can book, access and use the sports center independently — exactly when it suits them.

What the new sport club booking system enables

The self-service system includes:

• Digital signing of agreements and handover documents

This creates a seamless experience for anyone who wants to use the facilities without relying on staff or traditional key handling.

More accessible sports center for the whole community

According to representatives of Elva Sport, the goal is to make the municipality’s school sports centers more accessible to both local residents and organised training groups.
The new sport club booking system offers a modern, flexible and user-friendly way to use the facilities.

With automated access, training is now possible even outside regular school hours — while significantly reducing administrative workload for the municipality.

This transformation turns previously locked school sports halls into true community hubs where people can exercise at the times that suit them best, without complicated key logistics.

Elva Sport’s sports manager, Marek Pihlak, explains:

“Autlio’s solution makes the use of our sports halls easier, better and more accessible. Anyone can train independently in the gyms of Rõngu and Puhja schools and in the ball courts of Rõngu and Rannu schools. Individuals and sports clubs can easily make bookings, share access with their training groups, and pay based on actual usage. We also get a clearer overview of users and their needs, which helps us provide even better services to our community in the future.”
