The Merit Aktiva export now sends payments together with the payment method, in addition to invoices. Invoices can now also be exported to Directo.
Why this is important:
- Paid invoices arrive in Merit as paid, so payments don’t need to be recorded manually in accounting.
- The payment method is included: cash, bank transfer or card payment.
- Directo users now also get their invoices into accounting automatically. The Directo export sends invoices line by line.

Businesses whose accounting runs on Merit Aktiva or Directo.
How to use:
Go to Settings → Invoice export and connect Merit or Directo with an API key. If a customer paid in cash or by bank transfer, record it on the order with Add payment, and the payment is sent to Merit automatically. If you import payments into Merit from bank statements, choose not to register payments in the export settings to avoid duplicates.
