SMS messages sent by Autlio can now come from your company’s name. The default sender is Autlio, but you can now set your own sender name.
Why this is important:
- Customers recognise the message right away instead of seeing an unfamiliar sender.
- A message with an access link looks more trustworthy, so customers open it sooner.
- The name applies to all SMS messages Autlio sends: the access link and, where needed, the payment link.
Who benefits from this:
Every business that sends access to customers by SMS, such as sports halls, rental companies, car service workshops and marinas.
How to use:
Go to Settings → SMS sender name, click Edit and enter the name: up to 11 letters and digits, at least one letter, no spaces or symbols. Autlio registers the name with the SMS operator, usually within a few hours. Until the name is approved, messages are still sent as Autlio.
